the field of beauty services, according to CAEN code 9602. All services are performed
in safe and hygienic conditions, in compliance with applicable regulations.
Professional title: specialist in cosmetology and personal care.

2. Purpose of this document
These terms govern access to and use of the website, and the contractual relationship between the client and the salon where services are performed on site, based on appointment and acceptance of the service offer.
3. Visitors’ rights and obligations
- Visitors must use the website lawfully, without attempting unauthorised access, disrupting operation, or distributing harmful content.
- Information provided through forms must be accurate so appointments can be confirmed and communication can take place reasonably.
- You may consult the public information on the site free of charge and withdraw from the booking process before the service is confirmed, within the limits of the salon policy communicated by phone or at reception.
4. Limitation of liability
The site content is for information only. Images and service descriptions do not replace an in-person consultation. The salon makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but is not liable for minor errors, technical outages of the site, or content of third-party sites reached via external links. Treatment results may vary with each client; recommendations are based on the specialist’s assessment at the salon.
5. Prices and VAT
Fees for services performed at the salon are those displayed on site and/or given when you book. The table below is indicative and should be updated with the RON prices actually charged; if there is a conflict, the price communicated and invoiced at the time of service prevails.
VAT: prices shown in the table (and on the site, if published) are deemed to include VAT, in line with the operator’s tax regime; otherwise “excluding VAT” must be stated explicitly next to each price.

6. Appointments, cancellations and payment
A booking becomes firm after mutual confirmation (by phone, electronically or at reception). Cancellations or rescheduling should be made within a reasonable time, as communicated by the salon. Payment methods (cash, card, etc.) are those accepted at the place of business.
7. Intellectual property
Design elements, texts and graphics created for the site are intended for the salon’s use. Reproduction without consent may infringe applicable rights.
8. Applicable law and disputes
Matters not covered here are governed by Romanian law. Amicable dispute resolution is encouraged; otherwise, the courts of Romania have jurisdiction as provided by law.
9. Changes
The operator may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update to be added when published.
